Right Now
Every role is engineering, grouped by which way in it is, and the two routes run completely different hiring processes. All of them are based in Colombo.
What To Expect
Apply
A CV and anything you have built. Personal projects and open-source contributions count as much as coursework.
First Conversation
A call about what you have worked on and what you want to work on next, not a quiz.
Technical Round
One round, held as a direct meeting with our senior engineers.
Offer
A decision either way, usually within two weeks, with feedback.
Roles are posted as they open; a decision either way usually lands within two weeks.
Take-Home
A project to complete within 7 days, plus a short, single-take screen recording explaining one real design decision and live-implementing a small extension to it.
Technical Interview
If shortlisted, a conversation on fundamentals and core concepts. We believe those matter more than ever now that AI can write code for anyone.
3-Month Training
Sequential, assignment-based, with 1:1 feedback from a senior mentor. Help is always available; the work and the study are your own.
Employment
Offered once every assignment and concept is covered, with strong results throughout.

Our main recruitment route since 2011. Trainees work alongside senior engineers on live commercial projects from early on, with structured guidance, code review and continuous feedback. Several of the people leading teams today came in this way, and intakes are posted with the open positions above.

Engineers here take complete responsibility for a project: delivery, planning, and the client relationship that goes with it. One of our leads runs an intelligent-transport-systems project with a team of his own on exactly those terms.
